The Task
In 2026, Austrian developer Riiil Capital wanted more than isolated marketing assets. They required a complete, turnkey brand and sales launch for an exclusive residential development in Vienna’s 13th district. Our mandate: deliver every medium necessary for a successful sales launch – from naming and visual identity to website, brochure, and cinematic animations.
The Asset
A classicist villa with a subtle new annex, surrounded by a secluded private garden in Vienna’s Ober St. Veit area, tucked in between Schönbrunn Palace and the hills of the nearby Wienerwald. A setting that demanded an equally refined marketing approach.
Brand Foundation – Identity & Naming: Le Grand Beck
We built the brand from the ground up. The name “Le Grand Beck” blends 19th-century French elegance with contemporary Viennese identity – setting the tone for everything that followed.
A Premium 28-Page Brochure
We conceived and wrote all copy for a high-end brochure showcasing the harmony of historic and modern architecture, the upscale location, the rooftop wellness area, and the apartment layouts. We also coined distinctive names for every apartment (‘Le Grand Penthouse’, ‘Belvédère’, ‘Garden Suite’) to reinforce both the master brand and the uniqueness of each individual residence. This master text later served as the foundation for the website’s content.
A Central Sales Hub – Website Design
We delivered the full website design LeGrandBeck.at that unified the visual language across all devices. Using the brochure copy as our starting point, we adapted the text for digital consumption while preserving the brand’s tone. The site acts as the central sales hub, seamlessly integrating identity, print aesthetics, and motion content.
Cinematic Motion – Two Animated Sequences
As part of the website, we produced two short animated films: an exterior sequence capturing the villa’s noble facade and garden setting, and an interior tour of the rooftop wellness sanctuary – evoking a sense of tranquil, everyday luxury. Both sequences were optimized for fast loading without compromising visual quality.
