Vestwerk developed “Anger am Brunnen,” a high-quality residential project just 40 minutes from Vienna, with contemporary architecture and intelligently planned furnishings arranged around a central square with a fountain to create a charming village-like atmosphere.The project, situated on a hillside, offers unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape from all angles, providing a tranquil escape from the bustle of city life.
OLN assisted with marketing the project by creating a comprehensive set of materials, including two videos and still images. The first video showcases the project’s exterior, including camera-matched aerial sequences that provide a unique perspective of the development’s rural character and integration into the surrounding landscape. The second video features interior views of different apartment types, highlighting the project’s high-quality, all-in-one equipment concept.
For the still images, we created both exterior and interior images that further emphasize the project’s unique features and attention to detail. The result is a cohesive set of marketing materials that effectively showcase the project’s strengths and help potential buyers envision life in this charming village-like community.
