In 2026, Riiil Capital, an Austrian developer specializing in high-quality real estate projects, engaged us to create a full-scale marketing campaign for an exclusive residential development in Vienna’s 13th district.
Our scope of work included everything required for a successful project launch: brand conceptualization, naming and logo design, a 24-page print brochure, website design, as well as a range of interior and exterior images and animations.
Brand Name: LeGrandBeck
To capture the essence of the project and its surroundings, we developed the brand name “LeGrandBeck”. The name combines European elegance and “l’art de vivre” with a clear nod to local identity: the property is situated on Beckgasse in Ober St. Veit. It also evokes the timeless nobility of late 19th-century Viennese architecture.
The Property
The project centers around a classicist villa complemented by a subtle new annex and surrounded by a secluded private garden. The ensemble is located in a sought-after villa district in Vienna’s Ober St. Veit area, in close proximity to the green open spaces of the Wienerwald.
Print Brochure & Apartment Naming
We developed a high-end print brochure highlighting the project’s most compelling features: the harmonious dialogue between old and new architecture, the desirable upscale location amidst greenery (with easy access to extensive forests), a wellness area on the rooftop, and the various apartment layouts. As part of the branding, we also created distinct names for each apartment type, such as “Le Grand Penthouse”, “Belvedere”, “Garden Suite”, etc.
Interior & Exterior Visuals
Our interior renderings showcase the luxurious design and layout of the apartments. A key focus was emphasizing the seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces: every room opens to the green surroundings through large windows and terraces.
All visual material provides potential buyers with detailed exterior views of the ensemble, as well as interior perspectives for every apartment type, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, roof terrace views, and private garden areas.
Animated Film Sequences
To further illustrate the quality of the development, we created short animated film sequences. The introductory sequence – featured on the website’s homepage – captures the noble exterior of the classicist facade alongside the modern villa extension, embedded within lush gardens.
A second film sequence presents all interior aspects as well as the serene, calm atmosphere of the rooftop wellness area – a space where one would definitely like to spend all day.
These films, created using still images from the project, add an extra layer of sophistication and beauty, offering potential buyers a memorable and unique visual experience.
Additional Graphic Elements
As part of our comprehensive service, we also designed all necessary graphic elements for the website and print brochure, including detailed area maps and floor plans for each individual apartment. This enables potential buyers to easily visualize the layout and size of each unit and gain a clear understanding of the project’s offerings. Our focus on complete marketing materials ensured that all essential information was readily available – helping to increase engagement and drive interest in the project.
