Austria’s first “Vertical Green Building”, is an urban living project in “Viertel Zwei”. “ Viertel Zwei”, an office and housing area next to the Viennese Prater, facing the historic horse racing track.

Though the apartment units are small (32sqm), the smart interior design makes the units very functional and versatile. Kitchen units and dining tables can be unfolded from a closet, and the office unit can be transformed into a cosy bedroom. Our animation shows the various possibilities and configurations of the tiny apartment. A great example of “smart living”!
