OLN played a crucial role in the success of the Square1 image film, which promoted the rental of the new office building of Strabag in the 19th district of Vienna.

We developed a concept that portrayed a day in the office life of a young woman and presented the plot in an intelligent and engaging manner. We organized the film production and casting to ensure that the film effectively conveyed the project’s message. The filming was done during a very hot summer week and included several aerial shots that showcased the building from different angles. To create a cohesive and coherent message, we seamlessly integrated CGI and real footage. Tracking and matching, editing, post-production, music, and animated infographics were all done in-house.

The film proved to be highly effective in renting the office space, impressively conveying the quality of the offices and amenities such as the cafeteria, gym, garage, and transportation. The romantic story with a colleague added an emotional resonance to the film that connected with the audience. Overall, our image film was a resounding success and we take pride in our contribution to the appropriate and engaging presentation of the building and its qualities.
