Seeparq is a housing project in “Seestadt Aspern” one of Europe’s largest urban development areas located in the north-eastern part of Vienna. It is a sustainable, low energy co-living project with 55 flats.

The project has been designed to create a laid-back atmosphere for the residents. On the rooftop terrace are urban gardens, and a community space for cookouts and gatherings. On the ground floor there is an outdoor natural swimming pool which also serves as an habit for a variety of plants.
