In Wien Liesing a southern district of Vienna, STRABAG developed an impressive residential project close to nature. The three buildings consisting of more than 140 flats. A traffic-free green area that can be accessed by foot, also works as an encounter zone to exchange with other residents.

With its diverse and colourful landscape concept, the 2600 sqm surrounding outdoor area is a real nature paradise and the perfect place for relaxation and leisure. Another big benefit is, the close proximity of public transport lines as well as direct access to the city highway.  All educational, medical infrastructure and shopping conveniences can be found nearby the Wohnpark Alterlaa.

We accompanied the STRABAG sales and marketing team from the very beginning of the development process. We not only produced printed and digital still images but we also produced a short imagevideo which was presented at cinemas and last but not least a 360° walkthrough of two exemplary flats.
