Korso
Lively, urban and green: Living in Viertel Zwei
The Korso brings living to a prime location nearby “Green Prater”, in close proximity to the stadium and historic “Trabrennbahn” horse racing track. The housing project has a total of 179 occupied 2-5 room flats. An extraordinary contrast with a unique atmosphere designed by the Austrian architect Martin Kohlbauer. The project combines both, historical and contemporary architecture. It is a unique re-development, turning the listed former stables into a lively hub and meeting place at Viertel Zwei. We created film clips and visualisations of the interior and exterior of this lively, urban, and green location!
First Prize : Architecture Competition
Office Le Nomade worked for the architect Kohlbauer, we created images for the architectural design for the competition which was chosen as the wining project. Thus lead us to accompany the subsequential design process between the architect and developer. Later our service expanded to provide a whole of range marketing material.
Interior and exterior stills, Video, and a Configurator – Visuals for marketing
We developed a concept for the interior design in close cooperation with their marketing and sales team for the printed and web visuals. We also produced a short Image film for their website.
We soon realized the importance to exhibit the atmosphere of the loggias: We exhibited the unusual facade made from ceramic elements, and of course the incredible view of the horse racing track and “Green Prater”.
Due to flight restrictions, we utilized a helium balloon with a remote controlled camera rig. Luckily we had a sunny autumn day for the scheduled photo shoot, capturing beautiful views of the surroundings.

Finally, the sales team implemented a visual configurator on their website. We created all the visualizations for the different options on the configurator, allowing the new home owner to have different furnishing options to choose from.

There was a strong architectural language but no interior designer – so we developed in close cooperation with marketing and sales team a concept of the interior design for the visuals in print and web, a little later OLN produced a short Imagefilm for web as well.
Soon we realized the importance of showing the atmosphere of the loggias with the unusual facade made from ceramic baguettes and of course the incredible view of the horse racing track and the “Green Prater”.
To capture the beautiful view instead of drone flights we decided for the air cam – a camera rig beneath an helium ballon with about 2,5m diameter that went up almost 100m. We were lucky with the perfect conditions – it was the last sunny autumn day without any wind https://www.zepp-cam.at/
The sales team wanted to implement a visual configurator for the bathroom that showed every detail, different tile formats in may colours and also variations for armatures – all in all endless combinations.
