Alvorada Estate
Alvorada Estate – 1st prize competition winner and real-estate marketing
The area of the former “Alvorada” coffee roastery in Vösendorf, became available for a large public housing project in 2018. For the architectural competition, the team of Zieser Architekten suggested an ensemble of different building structures, to be arranged around a central green courtyard with terraces and loggias that oriented to the green interior. A special attraction of this project is the water & rock landscape, featuring a biotope, waterfall, and lawn area for relaxation. There will also be a special child-care facility and recreational rooms in basement area for all 145 units.
