Schöneck 13 is a new housing complex in Viennas 21st district. The area is a protected zone and it is important for the city that projects blend in well to the village character.

The develloper wants to create an interesting living space for all those who appreciate both: the colorful diversity of nature in an almosr rural surrounding and the diverse possibilities Vienna has to offer. The complex is a meeting zone for young and old, a home for families, couples and best agers.

OLN designed a complete 3D VR pano tour which allows an immersive interior and exterior experience throught the whole project. A wide number of stills, interior, exterior and aerial views completed the package.
